VURV® collects only what is needed to deliver, sign and keep your documents: your name, email address, optional company and title, your signature details, and technical records (IP address, browser, times) used for the audit trail.

We use this information to send you documents and invoices, record signatures, produce finalized PDFs and keep secure records. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Documents are stored privately. Secure links expire, and only the intended recipient and the sender's administrators can open them.

Signed agreements and invoices are kept as business records for as long as the law and our agreements require.

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask for corrections, by contacting the sender.
