Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure

Last updated October 2026

VURV® lets you receive, review and sign documents electronically. Under the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one.

By ticking the consent box and selecting Sign, you agree to use electronic records and signatures for this document, and you adopt your typed name as your signature.

To view and keep these records you need a current web browser and a way to open or save PDF files. You can download the signed document right after it is finalized, and a copy is emailed to you.

You may ask for a paper copy, or withdraw your consent to sign electronically before signing, by contacting the sender. Withdrawing consent does not affect documents already signed.

We record your name, email address, time of signing, IP address and browser to create an audit trail. A fingerprint (SHA-256) of the document is kept so anyone can check it hasn't been changed.

Keep your email address up to date with the sender so you continue to receive your documents.
